I'm just now getting back to you regarding the teleclass and
wanted to give you a testimonial. At first, I wasn't sure
if some of the suggestions would make a difference. I felt
that I was already doing them and my inbox was still full.
Since your class two weeks ago, I have to tell you that my
inbox is completely empty every day. I just love the energy
I get from opening up my Outlook and seeing only a couple of
emails that I quickly handle. Then after handling them
according to your suggestions it returns to its blank status
again and I’m smiling and feeling lighter. I only tweaked
my system a bit based on your suggestions to get the results
I wanted! And, you know what the amazing thing is? I now
spend a brief period each day managing my email like my
snail mail and I actually read the stuff I saved for
later! Nicely done!
Thanks a million! Claire

I really enjoyed your presentation in Nashville. It was
thought provoking and interesting (even though you did get
us right after lunch!)
Have a Great Day!

Hey, Marsha --
Today's email seminar took everything I ever learned about time
management and threw it right out the window. Your seminar
brought everything back into its proper perspective, and is
already returning order to my office. Hearing the perspectives
of others helped because this is a multi dimensional issue that
is still evolving. General solutions sometimes have to be
tweaked a little for specific conditions, so the participants
gave me some "AHA!" moments as well.

Marsha, I was fortunate enough to
hear you speak at a Regional Convention of the National
Association of Insurance Women several years ago in
Lansing, and have
received your informative newsletter ever since. So when I
saw the offer to listen to the teleconference on Managing
your Emails I knew it would be good!
One thing I took away from
the seminar was the "two minute rule". If you can read and
process the email in less than two minutes then do it and
get it out of the way! I plan to share what a learned from
the teleconference with my fellow employees. I also liked
the idea of the three action folders and have set them up
already!
Thanks, Marsha!

Dear Marsha,
Wow! Your teleseminar on
email productivity came at just the right time!
I have been thinking for
weeks, how can I be more productive and manage all this e-mail!!
Well, thanks to your class, I now have the answers.
I loved your tips and
ideas and was able to put them in practice immediately! Those
action A and B boxes were a nifty idea!
Typically, I have around
400 emails in my in box and I am happy to say, I'm down to 10! I
feel so much more organized and know that this will help shave
off hours of busy work from my workday!
Thanks so much, I love
your upbeat and fun approach to all this!
Warmest Regards,
